Technical Review & Authorization

Our team reviews your submission to verify hardware status and warranty eligibility.

Step 3
*Return Shipment RMA Number

Ship the goods back to us, ensuring the RMA number is clearly displayed on the packaging. 

Step 4
Inspection & Testing

Upon arrival, our technical team performs a physical and functional inspection of the unit. This confirms the defect and determines the final resolution.

Step 5
Resolution & Completion

We finalize the process by repairing the unit, sending a replacement, or issuing a credit to your account. We aim to restore your service as quickly as possible.

Packaging: Use the original boxes or a sturdy, double-walled equivalent to prevent physical damage.

Documentation: The RMA number must be visible on the exterior packaging

Completeness: Please include all original accessories, rack-mount kits, and cables to avoid processing delays.
