Shipping and Returns

For business customers only

Networkser sells only to businesses. By placing an order you confirm that you buy for your business and accept our General Terms and Conditions.

Shipping

  • We ship from our warehouse in Katwijk, the Netherlands, to all EU countries.
  • Netherlands: €10, free from €250.
  • Belgium, Germany and Luxembourg: €20, free from €500.
  • Other EU countries: €25, free from €750.
  • All amounts exclude VAT. Orders paid by bank transfer ship once the payment is received.
  • Delivery dates are estimates. Outside the EU? Ask us for a quote through our contact form.

When your order arrives

  • Check the goods on delivery. Note visible transport damage or missing boxes on the proof of delivery and report it in writing within 2 working days.
  • Report a wrong part, quantity or condition, or a unit that is dead on arrival, in writing within 5 working days, with serial numbers and a description.

Warranty

  • Network devices and Innova Optical Transceivers: Lifetime Warranty (Limited).
  • Power supplies, fans, optics of other brands, cables (including DAC), accessories and spare parts: 12 months from delivery.
  • NEW RETAIL items carry only the manufacturer warranty, if any.

Returns (RMA)

  • Every return needs an RMA number. Request it with our RMA form.
  • Pack the goods well, show the RMA number on the box, include all parts you received and remove all data and configurations.
  • Warranty returns: you pay the shipment to us, we pay the return of the repaired or replacement unit. For units reported dead on arrival within 5 working days, we cover both ways.
  • Goods that are not defective are taken back only with our written consent, in original and undamaged condition, at your cost and with a restocking fee of 25% for refurbished and 30% for new goods. NEW RETAIL and NEW / UNUSED items must be unopened.
